2. Data we process

When you use the website or contact us, we may process:

  • your name, email, phone number, company and information entered in a form;
  • the page and campaign behind your inquiry, including UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers;
  • technical data such as browser, device, IP address and consent choices;
  • analytics and marketing data when you have consented to those categories.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to answer inquiries, prepare or perform an agreement, run and protect the website, and measure our marketing. Depending on the situation, processing relies on your consent, steps necessary before or during a contract, or our legitimate interest in operating and developing the business.

We do not use website data for decisions made solely by automated means that produce legal effects concerning you.

4. Recipients and service providers

We share data only where needed for the purposes above. Relevant providers may include Vercel (hosting), Sanity (website content), GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM and follow-up), Google (analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising measurement). Form submissions are stored in our CRM. Hashed contact details and technical event data may also be sent to Meta to measure a lead conversion.

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we use the transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data protection law.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We may retain it longer where required by an ongoing client agreement, documentation needs, accounting law or a specific legal claim. We then delete or anonymise it.

6. Cookies and consent

The website uses necessary cookies to remember language and cookie choices. Analytics and marketing technology loads only after you select the relevant categories in the consent banner. Your choice is stored for up to one year, and you can withdraw it or choose again at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Email kc@mondaybrew.dk to exercise your rights or ask a question. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
